I entered the Talent Pond. Why hasn't a recruiter contacted me?
A simple answer would be that the job you are looking for hasn’t yet been searched for by a recruiter. Therefore, it would make sense that you would be contacted if a recruiter looks for someone for that particular job and finds that you are a match.
The main issue
This question has been asked by quite a few users wondering why they haven’t been offered a job.
With investigation, we discovered that these users signed up and entered the talent pond without completing a CV/resume and without uploading any qualifications, if they have any. Some profiles are completely empty but they are job seeking. Are they job seeking?

What is a RP Number?

The RP Number allows users to show documents rather than send documents which is a way to keep personal things personal.

We show our sensitive documents sometimes that exposes our personal details. Sending these documents by email means you have in effect given away that which is personal to you. Sending documents via email is losing control of that information. You have no idea where that information has gone and you hope at best, your documents are sitting as old messages in inboxes forgotten about. Not knowing makes you naked.
With a RP Number, users are asked for permission to view a document on their Profile. If the user gives consent, the requester can only view that document once.
Show it, Don’t Give it!
If the requester needs to view the document again, they would need to ask the user again. With a RP Number, you get to put your clothes back on.
The RP Number is where users can store all their documents such as:
- References
- Qualifications and Certificates
- CV
- ID documents
- Birth Certificates/Marriage Certificate
- Copy of will
- Deeds and Titles to properties and vehicles
with the knowledge that they are sealed only visible to user unless usesr decides to share with others.
You can show your RP Number as a code or as 8 unique digits. Scanners will recognise your code if prepared as a QR code.

- With candidate’s RP Number, the latest copy of criminal record document is available to be viewed on candidate’s profile. With candidate permission
- Send candidate a request to view and once permission is granted, you will have instant access
- If the Disclosure is not clean, a cover letter should accompany the Disclosure. It is only fair for an individual to have an opportunity to explain and to see the candidate’s point of view. It is also better for the individual’s explanation to be received at the same time as the disclosure and not after.
- If the candidate gives permission to view, this is also permission to use the update service which will be confirmed on the signed cover letter.
- Candidates will never be caught without ID or DBS with a RP Number.

What is (DBS)?
(DBS) – The Crime Disclosure Record is a sheet sometimes pages long listing the offences committed by an individual. DBS is the UK name for the record that used to be called CRB.
Most countries have a system to hold records on crime and a file on offenders.
ALL UK Convictions result in a LIFE SENTENCE!
When an offence is committed, of course there should be a punishment as a consequence to a negative action. There are many forms of sentences served around the world and the offender should be aware of the likely consequences when committing the violation.
However, most sentences should be a form of punishment and a road to rehabilitation. The majority of civilised countries operate on the premise motto: “Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time”
This means that once a convict serves the time, they have indeed paid the cost of the crime committed, the time has been spent. Other than the UK, countries will expunge/set aside/seal criminal records usually after 5 years of release with no further offences (Some countries require ex-convicts to apply for the record to be expunged).

This allows ex-convicts to shake off the ex-convict label and once again become legally law abiding citizens with a chance to rehabilitate back into society without a stigma over their heads.
Expunged criminal records do not mean that there is no record of the individual’s past. The record is sealed and only shared between police and other government establishments.
