Note: This deal does not imply that £40 can be achieved through one job. If you apply for a job that was referred to you, the £20 goes to the one who introduced you to the job.
If you introduce many people to many jobs and they’re applications are successful…. Yes, you would make several £20s.
This is a new incentive currently only available in the UK. We intend to spread this offer to other territories in due course.
RP Specials
If a job is marked as a RP Special and you apply and get the job, let us know and you will receive £20.
If you see a job and share with someone who then applies for the job. If they get the job, let us know and you will receive £20.
1 Star
Your Profile will have a 1 star rating if you successfully introduce a job to someone from the job board. You will receive £20 for each successful good deed.
2 Stars
Your Profile will have a 2 star rating if you successfully introduce jobs to 10 people. You will receive £25 for your dedicated efforts.
3 Stars
Your Profile will have a 3 star rating if you successfully show 25 people jobs through Reference Pass and they apply and get the job. As a thank you from the RP Community you will receive a £300 Bonus.
How Does It Work?
If you find a suitable job on the Job Board marked “RP Special”. Follow the instructions on How To Apply.
Contact us to let us know that you have applied for the job.
If you get the job, let us know and either:
- Claim the £20 for yourself or
- Submit the RP Number of the person who introduced you to the job.
Payments are made after candidates have worked for 30 days.
What if you are not a member
of The RP Community?
Many jobs on the job board are from recruiters trying to find candidates with no luck.
Reference Pass welcomes as many people into the community as numbers build strength.
There is currently a Free Trial on offer that gives access to many useful facilities including the CV Creator. It also allows free entry into The RP Talent Pond.

For non- members. If you enter the Talent Pond and are lucky to be found by a recruiter. If the recruiter is part of the RP Specials program, you will receive £10.
How to Proceed
Contact us to let us know that you have entered the pond.
If you are found and accept the job, let us know:
Only if the job was posted as a RP Special
- You can claim the £10 for yourself
Payment is made after you have worked 30 days.
